I build digital workers and working environments for companies: they answer customers, run the repeating work and keep the knowledge of the business. I put them on the client’s server, so that all of it belongs to the client.
More than twenty years in engineering. All that time I did the same thing: I put together a group of different specialists that carries a job through to a result. Engineers, procurement, installation, a client with deadlines of his own. The work was never about knowing everything myself. It was about making the parts meet.
In recent years I do the same thing, only some of the participants are programs. The task has not changed: it has to meet, and it has to work without me.
I run projects personally: the audit, the architecture and the result are mine. I take a limited number of projects a year, so you always speak with me and not with an account manager. It also means that sometimes I say “not right now”.
Every client came on a recommendation from a previous one. Not one came from advertising, and that is no accident: work like this is bought from someone that somebody has already vouched for.
I cannot name them. There is a war in Ukraine, companies keep quiet about their operations, and I respect that. After you and I talk, I will give you a live client who will vouch for me.
The code, the data and the access belong to you. I keep nothing for myself that could be held over you.
You can see what the system does and what it costs to run. The monthly bill should never be a surprise, and “it just works somehow” is not an answer I accept from my own systems.
A working solution matters more than a beautiful diagram. If a spreadsheet closes the task, I will tell you about the spreadsheet and I will not sell you a system.
Not “take my word for it” but “have a look”. You hold the first result in your hands instead of reading about it in a report.
People often ask how this differs from a chatbot. The difference is not in the intelligence but in where it lives and what it knows. A chatbot answers from a written script and sits with whoever sells it: stop paying and it walks away together with the conversation history. What I build knows your business and sits with you: your server, your data, your access.
Hence a simple consequence. Work is paid for while it runs; using the finished system costs nothing. There is help after handover, but it is one-off: if something needs extending, you write to me, I price the work and I do it.
And separately about depending on me. Inside there are ordinary things that many people use, not personal inventions of mine. An outsider will find their way around using the description I leave together with the system.
Write to me, and I will start with a half-hour review.
All three fields are required.
