The last line is the point of all this. A bot on its own, a CRM on its own and a website on its own – plenty of people have those. They start working together only when someone wires them up.
What it looks like in practice
A Ukrainian engineering company. It makes technical products and sells them abroad.
Before. Enquiries arrived around the clock from different time zones. The night ones waited until morning. Buyers were found by hand.
What I built. An assistant that answers at once and finds what is needed in the technical documentation. A system that searches for buyer companies. A shared deal database that emails enter on their own.
After. Night enquiries stopped waiting until morning. The system found and checked more than 3,500 companies and passed about 1,400 enquiries into work. All of it runs on the client’s server and belongs to the client.
Clients ask not to be named: there is a war in Ukraine and companies keep quiet about their operations. After you and I talk, I can give you a live client who will vouch for me.

Who does this
Ruslan Romanko. For more than twenty years I have been putting together groups of specialists who carry a job through to a result. In recent years some of the participants are programs.
